Gamer Bones
About Us
Gamer Bones is a community of trombone players brought together by a shared love of video game music—and the joy of playing it together. Originally launched in 2024 with what was planned as a one-time fanfare performance at MAGFest Super's Opening Ceremonies, the collective has since grown into a vibrant, nationwide community over discord.
Every time a performance is called, it's a new episode—a gathering that aligns with the theme of the event they're part of. Each trombone ensemble is unique in nature that songs are arranged then played and along with different (and most likely) musicians to perform them. The roster is always open to those who are local and willing to unpack the trombone regardless of skill level just as long as the priority is having fun. The mission is simple: bring people together through the power of bone, nostalgia, and joy in videogames.
